Chocolate Sorbet

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c.water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all but vanilla in a saucepan. Heat on medium,stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a boil.Turn
  2. off heat,and stir in vanilla.
  3. Chill.
  4. Freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
