Chocolate Stuffed Crescent Rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1 (4-count) pkg refridgerated Crescent rolls
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the chocolate into four pieces about 3" long.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and seperate. Place 1 piece of chocolate at the wide end of each piece of dough and roll into a crescent shape.
- Place on greased baking sheet.
- Mix egg yolk, milk and sugar in a small bowl. Brush on the rolls and bake according to package directions.
- Let cool for 15 mins.
