Chocolate Top Custard Topping
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 square melted unsweet chocolate
DIRECTIONS
- Beat the egg whites and a dash of salt until frothy.
- Beat in the powdered sugar a little at a time until stiff peaks form
- Fold in the melted chocolate
- Drop in peaks on top of the custard
- Chill
