Chocolate Truffle Cookie Pops
  • 1/2 cup Cold Milk
  • 3.4 oz pkg Instant Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Pudding
  • 30 Nilla Wafers (about 3 Cups) Finely Crushed
  • 1 1/2 pkg Bakers Semisweet Chocolate Melted
  • 1 Bakers White Chocolate
  1. *Stir milk and pudding mix until pudding is moistened; immediately add wafer crumbs; mix well
  2. *Shape into 1 inch balls on waxed-paper covered baking sheet
  3. *Freeze 10 minutes
  4. *Dip balls in semisweet chocolate; return to baking sheet
  5. *Insert lollipop stick into center of each
  6. *Refrigerate 20 minutes or until firm
  7. *Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over pops
  8. *Refrigerate 10 minutes, or until coating is firm
  9. *Place pops in mini cupcake wrappers for serving
