Chocolate cake (dome topped)

  • 1kg Flour
  • 14oz Egg
  • A cup of Milk
  • 1/8th of Sugar
  • Chocolate (like half a dozen Fredos or similar)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all dry ingredients then add egg
  2. Rub in the butter and add the pistachios.
  3. Nead well and leave to rest
  4. Pre-heat the oven to 60C
  5. Cook cake in tin for a while till cooked
  6. Pour over chocolate when the cake is cooled
  7. Eat!
