Chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Mix sugar, cocoa and milk to gether over medium heat. Heat until mixture boils stirring constantly.
  2. Add butter and vanilla - stir until butter melts and all ingredients have blended. Cool slightly.
  3. Cover top of remaining graham crackers with chocolate (Chocolate Eclair Cake).
