Choose a Color Popcorn Treat
INGREDIENTS

  • 12 cups unseasoned or lightly salted popped popcorn
  • 1 14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1 3 ounce package cherry-flavored gelatin or other flavored gelatin or other flavored gelatin
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prep Time: 10 minutes
  2. Baking Time: 20 minutes
  3. 12 cups unseasoned or lightly salted popped popcorn
  4. 1 14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk...not evaporated milk...
  5. 1 3 ounce package cherry-flavored gelatin or other flavored gelatin or other flavored gelatin
  6. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line large shallow roasting pan with heavy
  7. foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil. Remove all Unpopped kernels from popped popcorn. Pour popcorn into prepared pan.
  8. Keep warm in oven. In medium-sized saucepan, combine Eagle Brand and
  9. dry gelatin. Heat and stir over medium heat until mixture is slightly
  10. thickened and bubbly, 4-5 minutes. Pour Eagle Brand mixture over
  11. popcorn; with long handled wooden spoon stir gently to coat. Bake 20
  12. minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Carefully turn out onto large piece
  13. of lightly buttered foil. Cool Break into pieces or clusters. Store
  14. loosely covered at room temperature. Makes about 16 cups.
