Christmas Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS
  • 2-8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch dip mix
  • 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, mash the softened cream cheese.
  2. Mix in the ranch dip mix and the cheddar cheese.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Roll the ball in the chopped nuts.
  5. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
  6. Serve with different kinds and flavors of crackers.
