Cilantro-Mint Chimichurri
  • Servings: Makes about 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients. Serve with grilled fish or chicken.
