Cinnamon Butter Icing
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  1. In a small bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Alternately add remaining 1 cup powdered sugar and cream, beating until smooth after each addition. Beat 1 minute longer, until spreadable.
