Cinnamon Loaf

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30 -35 minutes
  • 2 packs Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 4 T margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Glaze
  • 2 T honey
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Open crescent rolls into triangles.
  2. Spread softened 2 T margarine on triangles.
  3. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup pecans and pour onto triangles.
  4. Roll triangles from long end.
  5. Tuck sides under.
  6. Place in loaf pan with seam side down. first layer will be one package of crescent rolls and next layers will be second package of rolls prepared as above.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn out of pan right side up.
  8. Prepare glaze
  9. Boil honey, and slightly cool.
  10. Add 2 T margarine, powered sugar, and vanilla.
  11. Add 1/4 cup pecan halves.
  12. Pour over loaf.
