Cinnamon Roll Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sweet milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take 2 Tbsp of cake mix and blend with the cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans; set aside.
  2. In large bowl, blend cake mix,sour cream, oil, water, eggs, and sugar.
  3. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured bundt pan.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top of batter in pan spread remaining batter evenly over this.
  6. Bake at 375° for 45-55 minutes.
  7. Cool in pan for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan.
  9. To make glaze; Mix powdered sugar and milk together to make a glaze.
  10. Drizzle over cooled cake.
