  • Breeze
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1/2 tbp. flax seed meal
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 tbp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 5 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS

  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
