Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 8 (8") flour tortillas
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small bowl combine sugar & cinnamon, set aside.
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter.
  3. Cut each into 8 wedges.
  4. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon mixture over.
  6. Bake in preheated 400 F. oven for 4-6 min.
  7. (Can be made ahead & kept in air tight container.)
