Cinnamon Truffles

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 oz. bag semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar, if desired
  • Baking cocoa, if desired
DIRECTIONS
  1. Keep It Casual: Serve the truffles in paper candy cups place in an ornament
  2. box.
  3. Make It Extra-Special: Punch small holes in bottom of silver paper candy
  4. cups.
  5. Insert 8 to 12" lollipop stick through bottom of a cup and then into a
  6. truffle.
  7. Wrap thin ribbon around the stick. Place truffle "pops" in a simple
  8. silver cup or pitcher
