Citrus Glazed Pork Chops

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
  • 3 tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy skillet; brown chops on both sides.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over pork chops.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
