Citrus Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor or blender, chop garlic and parsley. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste and process. While processing, add orange juice and oil. Makes about 1/2 cup. Great on any salad or as a a marinade for fish, chicken or pork.
