  • * Blend and pour into uncooked pastry shells 2/3 full.

  • 1 lb lard
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsps vinegar
  • * put egg and vinegar in 1 cup fill with water
  • cook 1 hour
