- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup w. sugar
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- * Blend and pour into uncooked pastry shells 2/3 full.
- Pastry (AS FOUND ON PACKAGE)
- 1 lb lard
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 2 tbsps vinegar
- * put egg and vinegar in 1 cup fill with water
- cook 1 hour
DIRECTIONS
- **can also use this recipe for pecan pie, just add 1 cup peacans.
