Clean Cookie Dough

  • 1 14 oz. can of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed.
  • 6 tbsp. Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp. Rolled Oats
  • 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1/3-1/2 cups. Dark Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a food processor, blend all of your ingredients together except for the chocolate chips.
  2. Process until it forms a "smooth dough".
  3. Add chocolate chips after, and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  4. Store in the fridge, in an air tight container.
