Clean Energy Yogurt

- Yogurt: any type, like coconut milk or almond milk, or Greek, or your favorite type, flavor and preferred brand. 5 or 6 oz.
- Your favorite sweet and seedless grapes (you can replace or mix with strawberries), a handful.
- Pure Honey, a couple of spoons
- Your favorite granola.
DIRECTIONS
- Open your yogurt container, and pour it on a personal bowl.
- Throw your fruit into the bowl
- Add your granola
- Mix everything
- Add two honey spoons on top
- It is ready to enjoy as a natural and energetic breakfast or desert after lunch.
