Clean Energy Yogurt

  • Yogurt: any type, like coconut milk or almond milk, or Greek, or your favorite type, flavor and preferred brand. 5 or 6 oz.
  • Your favorite sweet and seedless grapes (you can replace or mix with strawberries), a handful.
  • Pure Honey, a couple of spoons
  • Your favorite granola.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Open your yogurt container, and pour it on a personal bowl.
  2. Throw your fruit into the bowl
  3. Add your granola
  4. Mix everything
  5. Add two honey spoons on top
  6. It is ready to enjoy as a natural and energetic breakfast or desert after lunch.
