Coalfish with mustard sauce

  • 2 filets coalfish
  • 4 tbsp single cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper
  1. Preheat oven at 390°C.
  2. Put the filets in a shallow baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 30 minutes.
I had coalfish filets that I didn't know what to do with. I found this recipe on a French cooking site and tried it, adding some minced shallots to the sauce and adding the sauce halfway through cooking rather than from the beginning. It turned out delicious!
