Coalfish with mustard sauce

- 2 filets coalfish
- 4 tbsp single cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven at 390°C.
- Put the filets in a shallow baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 30 minutes.
