Cobb Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups salad greens, , torn in bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 cup prepared blue cheese or French dressing
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 4 slices bacon, , cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, , sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, , diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Generous Cut Olive Oil & Garlic Croutons
DIRECTIONS
  1. TOSS salad greens and dressing until evenly coated in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange salad greens on platter.
  3. Top with chicken, bacon, eggs, tomato and croutons.
  4. Serve with additional dressing if desired.
