Cobb salad

- 5 c chopped romaine lettuces
- 1 can drained mandarin oranges
- 1/3 c shredded chicken
- 1/3 c grated carrots
- 1 avocado
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 1/4 sliced green onions
- sauce
- 1/4 c rice vinegar
- 1 glove pressed garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
- 1)Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside
- 2) Place all salad ingredients in bowl
- 3) serve immediately with the dressing
