  • 5 c chopped romaine lettuces
  • 1 can drained mandarin oranges
  • 1/3 c shredded chicken
  • 1/3 c grated carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • 1/4 sliced green onions
  • sauce
  • 1/4 c rice vinegar
  • 1 glove pressed garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1)Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside
  2. 2) Place all salad ingredients in bowl
  3. 3) serve immediately with the dressing
