Cocktail Meatballs from Pat Sailstad

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 50 minutes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup minced onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ( 12 oz) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 (10oz) jar grape jelly
  • 3 Tbsp prepared mustard
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients except Chili sauce, grape jelly and mustard
  3. Shape into small bite size meatballs.
  4. Place on light grease shallow baking pan with sides
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Heat child sauce and jelly until jelly is melted
  7. Mix in mustrad.
  8. Add meatball to coat with sauce
  9. Simmer for 30 minutes
  10. Serve in chafing dish with cocktail picks
  11. Makes 4-5 dozen
