Coconut Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 can of cream of coconut( usually found in the drink mixer section of the grocery)
- 1 grased 9x13 pan
- 1 5 0z bag of coconut
- 1 container of frozen whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
- Make cake according to package instructions. When cake is cooled, poke cake with long toothpick. (this is the most tedious part of the job, it may take 5-10 minutes to poke all the holes.)
- Gently pour creme of coconut over top of cake. At this point you could freeze cake and use anytime you need it.
- When ready to serve,spread whipped topping over cake and sprinkle the coconut over it and serve.
