Coconut Flour Sausage Balls Recipe

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 8 oz Cheddar Shredded – Mild
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsps Butter Melted
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop and your hands roll sausage mixture into 30-34 sausage balls.
  4. Place sausage balls on a cookie sheet
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Should be browned but don’t let them get too dry.
  6. Store in a sandwich bag or covered bowl in the fridge. My mother in law would leave them sitting out at room temp, but I just can’t do that.
These are great to have on hand and eating in place of our sweet fatbombs.
