Coconut Macaroons

  • 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/31/3 cups flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2/3 sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small bowl, combine the coconut, flour, and salt.
  2. Add the milk and the vanilla
  3. Mix well.
  4. The Batter Will Be Stiff.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove to wire racks.
