Coconut Macaroons

  • 1-14 Ounce Package
  • 1 14 Ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper. Combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla in large bowl. Drop by rounded teaspoonful on prepared baking sheets and press each cookie lightly with back of spoon. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Immediately remove from baking sheets to wire racks to cool. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
