Coconut joys
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 36
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 3 cups of coconut flakes
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 squares (2oz.) unsweetened choclate, melted
- (I usually use semi sweet nestle's)
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in sauce pan. Remove from heat.
- Add powered sugar and coconut, mix well.
- Shape rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls. Make indent in center of each and place on cookie sheet.
- Fill centers with melted choclate.
- Chill until firm.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Makes 3 dozen
