Coffee Frosting #2
  • 3 tablespoons LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur try hersheys to make it liquor free
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons brewed coffee, cooled
  1. Combine all frosting ingredients except 3 to 4 tablespoons coffee in medium mixer bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often and gradually adding enough coffee for desired spreading consistency
