Cold Grape Salad

- Preparation Time: 30 minutes
- 4 lbs. Red Seedless Grapes
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 to 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and dry Grapes.
- Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Fold grapes into cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the following as a layer on top of the grape salad.
- Brown Sugar - according to taste.
- Pecans.
- Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
