Cold Linguini Salad

  • Whole Wheat Linguini
  • Olive oil mayo
  • Dry Ranch packet
  • Peppers - 1 each red, yellow, and green
  • Onion (optional)
  • Cherry Tomatos (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook Linguini
  2. Mix mayo and ranch packet.
  3. Combine mayo/ranch mixture with veggies and linguini.
  4. Best if chilled for at least 2 hours.
  5. May need to add extra mayo before serving as linguini will absorb.
  6. Serve cold.
