Cole Slaw

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2-3 dashes Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups finely minced cabbage
  • 3 raw carrots finely minced
  • 3 large dark green kale leaves minced to size of confetti
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. With wire whisk mix together mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco, salt and pepper
  2. 2. Set aside.
  3. 3. Combine cabbage and carrot plus kale leaves
  4. 4. Refrigerate tightly covered several hours or over night before serving.
