Coleslaw Crunch Salad

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup salad oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 2-2.8oz. package beef flavored ramen noodles
- 1-16 oz. package shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix) (about 8 cups)
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packets from the ramen noodles. Set aside.
- In an extra large bowl, combine the dry ramen noodles, cabbage, almonds, carrots, green onions and sunflower seeds. Drizzle dressing over the cabbage mixture. Toss to coat.
