Coleslaw Crunch Salad
  • ¾ cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 2-2.8oz. package beef flavored ramen noodles
  • 1-16 oz. package shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix) (about 8 cups)
  1. In a medium bowl whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packets from the ramen noodles. Set aside.
  2. In an extra large bowl, combine the dry ramen noodles, cabbage, almonds, carrots, green onions and sunflower seeds. Drizzle dressing over the cabbage mixture. Toss to coat.
