- 3 c (750 mL) finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/4 c (60 mL) diced green pepper
- 1/4 c (60 mL) cooked salad dressing or mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
- 1.) wash all vegetables and place into refrigerator to crisp
- 2.) shred cabbage and prepare carrot and green pepper
- 3.) add dressing and mix to coat vegetables
- 4.) serve immediately
