- 3 cracked ice cubes
- dash of orange bitter
- 1 part gin
- 1/2 part dry vermouth
- 1/4 part kirsch
- lemon rind
- to decorate
- 1/2 strawberry
- lemon slice
DIRECTIONS
- Put the ice cubes into mixing glass
- Add the bitter, gin vermouth and kirsch
- Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass
- Squeeze the zest from the lemon rind over the surface
- Decorate the rim of the glass with the strawberry and lemon slice
