  • 3 cracked ice cubes
  • dash of orange bitter
  • 1 part gin
  • 1/2 part dry vermouth
  • 1/4 part kirsch
  • lemon rind
  • to decorate
  • 1/2 strawberry
  • lemon slice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put the ice cubes into mixing glass
  2. Add the bitter, gin vermouth and kirsch
  3. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass
  4. Squeeze the zest from the lemon rind over the surface
  5. Decorate the rim of the glass with the strawberry and lemon slice
