Comfort of Home Beef Stew over Israeli Couscous (slow cooker)

- Cooking Time: 4-5 hrs

- 2-3 lbs Angus Beef Round cubes
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs onion powder
- A dash of salt
- A dash of pepper
- Bag of mixed vegetables
- A handful of chopped celery
- 1 brown gravy
- 1 jar aus jus gravy
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- Approximately 2 cups of Israeli Couscous
- A dash of love
DIRECTIONS
- Saute chopped garlic and onions in a pan
- Next transfer add beef and salute until Brown
- Transfer to crock pot and add rest of ingredients
- Set crock pot on high for 4-5 hrs
- Stir occasionally
- When done meat will soft and tender
- In mean time cook isreali couscous as per instructions on the box
- When meat is done serve over couscous
- Watch your husband's mouth drool
