Corn Avocado Salsa
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6 to 8
  • Preparation Time: 20 minutes
  • 1-1lb. bag frozen corn-thawed and drained
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • your choice of hot pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients and serve with your favorite nacho chips.
