Corn Casserole
  • Cooking Time: 30-35
  • Preparation Time: 5-10
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 16oz can of creamed corn
  • 1 16oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 8oz box of Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 4oz shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven at 350
  2. Mix all of the ingredients (except for the cheese) together in a round casserole.
  3. Top evenly with the cheese. I like to add a little more cheese!
  4. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
I got this from my mom who got it from my Aunt. I have no idea where it came from before that. It is VERY easy, and it is always a big hit. I always make it for Thanksgiving dinner, but I will also make it other times throughout the year.
