Corn Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30-35
- Preparation Time: 5-10
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 16oz can of creamed corn
- 1 16oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 8oz box of Jiffy cornbread mix
- 4oz shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven at 350
- Mix all of the ingredients (except for the cheese) together in a round casserole.
- Top evenly with the cheese. I like to add a little more cheese!
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
