Corn Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter (salted)
  • 1 can of cream corn
  • 1 can regular corn (drained)
  • 1 box of jiffy cornbread mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt the butter (use a tablespoon less of the stick).
  2. Mix all ingredients, including the melted butter together really well.
  3. Place in a 9x13 in pan.
  4. Bake on 350 degrees until the top is golden brown and the inside is no longer runny.
