Corn Chips Taco Shrimp Salad
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of lettuce, shredded
  • 1 can Whole kernel corns, drained
  • 1 can sweet peas, drained
  • 1 can of diced black olives
  • 2 fresh tomatoes - diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 1b bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle Catalina style dressing
  • 1 package taco seansoning
  • 1 lb. Shrimp, shelled & devained
  • 1 large bag of Corn chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve over Corn Chips
