Corn Chowder
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Can of Evap. Milk
  • 2 Cups of Half n Half
  • 2 Cans of Corn
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 2 Cans of Creame Corn
  • 5 Potatos
DIRECTIONS
  1. chop bacon into small pieces
  2. finely chop onion
  3. peel potatos and cube
  4. in a pot medium heat - cook bacon until brown - add stick of butter - when melted add onion and cook until clear - add corn and cook for 2 min - add cream corn and cook for 2 min - add evap. milk and stir - add half n half and stir - add water and potatos. turn heat down to low and let it set for about 45 min stirring occasionally.
