Corn Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can shoepeg corn, small kernel corn
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1 C Hellmann’s mayo
  • 1 sm onion, diced
  • 3-6 jalapeños
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients, let stand for 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, celery, carrots or cucumber.
