Corn Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 drops vanilla
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 6 eggs beaten
- pepper
- dash cinnamon or nutmeg-optional
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all. Put in 2 1/2 qt casserole dish that has been sprayed.
- Bake 1 hour or until set.
