  • 6 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn (pureed)
  • 1 tbsp milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions, except stir corn into batter.
  2. add 1 tbsp of milk
  3. Cook in a preheated waffle iron.
  4. Pour in batter, close lid quickly and do not open until steaming stops.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. You can serve right away top with maple syrup
  7. serves 6
