Corn pudding
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of whole corn (drained)
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Heaping spoonful of flour
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
  • Butter (use to coat the dish)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl and add flour and sugar.
  3. Add corn, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Pour into a buttered 2qt baking dish.
  5. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour. Center should no longer be jiggly.
