Corn pudding

- 1 can of whole corn (drained)
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Heaping spoonful of flour
- Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
- Butter (use to coat the dish)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl and add flour and sugar.
- Add corn, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into a buttered 2qt baking dish.
- Lightly sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake for about 1 hour. Center should no longer be jiggly.
