Corned Beef and Broccoli Casserole

  • 1/4 cup dried minced onion
  • 1/4 cup dried minced bell pepper
  • 2 cups chopped corned beef
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon prepared chipote mustard
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli, cooked
  • paprika
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix first 7 ingredents.
  2. Mix in 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Alternate layers of broccoli and sauce in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
