Country Chicken Supper
  • Chicken breast cut up into small pieces
  • 1cup uncooked minute rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can french cut green beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced potatoes or a few potatoes cut into small cubes
  • 1 can carrots
  • chedder cheese
  • garlic, onion powder (or onion), salt and pepper
  • a lil bit of oil
  1. Heat oil in a pan, put chicken in and sautee for a few mins or until cooked thru.
  2. Add tomatoes, potatoes, greenbeans, and carrots. mix thru and then add water and rice.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder to taste.
  4. Turn back to low-med let simmer for about 20 mins or until potatoes are soft enough to you liking. spread shredded cheese over top before serving.
