Country Gravy Casserole

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 14oz macaroni, cooked
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese, grated
  • 5 cups country gravy, prepared
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown meat and onion in skillet.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add next 3 ingredents and simmer until thick and pour into large bowl.
  4. Add macaroni, 3 eggs and cheese and mix well.
  5. Spread in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
  6. Blend 3 eggs and cheese into prepared gravy and pour over macaroni.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
