Country Sausage Gravy

- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 cups milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Brown our sausage
- Sprinkle with half of flour and stir around to pick up grease
- Add remaining flour and stir....flour should have cleaned up the grease & coated flour
- Add milk and continue to cook as it thickens 5-10 minutes
- Add the salt & pepper
- If sauce thickens too much add extra milk until its the desired consistency
